JNP screened some kinds of natural wax carefully and blended them at the optimum ratio found uniquely, and as a result, this useful and eco-friendly wax has been completed.

Creating a natural lipstick without
the exudation

A big problem in making a natural lipstick by conventional natural wax and natural oil is the Exudation Phenomenon that oil exudes to its surface at high temperature. Once the exudation occurs, the surface leaves countless spots, and the beauty of appearance is damaged. There are the three techniques for preventing the exudation as below.

I.   Designing a formulation that the structure securing the volume of a lipstick is completed above the target temperature you want to prevent the exudation.
II.   Heating a mold before pouring the melting bulk, and then reducing its heat slowly until the target temperature.
III.   Using optimum wax forming the structure securing the volume above the target temperature.

In this page, we introduce an effective wax for III.
